However, I will introduce the common features "connected" to gender which can settle this question.
Without a doubt, lots of people will say that men make decisions quicker, whatwhich is desirable in being a menadgermanager. This may be true. It is commonly required of men to be decideddecisive, otherwise they will be considered as shiftless. Women take advantage of itthis, often because stereotype saysstereotypes say that manmen should make decisions. When they make itdecisions, they have more opportunity to develop yourself in this directions. Thisdirection; this is how men getsget better at it. furthermore likeFurthermore, many people think men are more thoughtful than women. Most of us presume that men are more concentrated on what are they are doing, and analyze the problem "deepermore deeply", when at the same timewhereas women are more likely to be distracted. Nonetheless, in oppositecontrast to men, women are more multitasking and cautious, especially when they have more work to do in less time, additionally. Additionally, they are more likable and sensible, whatwhich is necessary to contact people while working.
Overall both gendergenders have lots of advantages and disadvantages which may interfere with thistheir work, however everything depends on the personality and dispositionsdisposition of the pearsonperson.
