I will tell you all my story to bemake clear what my complaint is . First of all , I am person who buybuys and sellsells domain name names. I posted inon Facebook that cittys.com is for sale in most groups in Facebook, soand one person contacted me that she was interested to buyin buying my domain name . We agreed foron a price of 2k$ for cittys.com and she told me that she was from China and they do not accept PayPal or other paymentpayments, but she offeroffered me for Bitcoin. Her Facebook username ( PIN JAO) . I accepted Bitcoin as payment . She told me to use (krexbit.com) to be safe for us . After this, I signed inonto this website. I will give you more information about this website. This website is the same as the PayPal idea . It keepkeeps Bitcoin in their account until domain transfer than they transferthen transfers the Bitcoin to my account in the website. After I gave auth code to her, . Sheshe gave me a code to put ininto the website to transfer Bitcoin inside this website. I saw Bitcoin in my account in Krexbitkrexbit.com and I tried to transfer my Bitcoin to otheranother website but it said I should deposit some Bitcoin in Krexbitkrexbit.com to my account thanthen transfer to the other website. I contacted with krexbit.com customer service to transfer my Bitcoin to the other website. They told me I have to sentsend my passport and pictures for my identity. I sent my passport and image . They approved my account but it still would not transfer the Bitcoin until I send Bitcoin to krexbit.com in my account but I did not do it . The domain was still in process because my register give 5 days to transfer domain and I havehave the option to cancel transferthe transfer. I cancelcanceled the transfer of my domain to her the buyer.
