Subject: Complaint about jeans purchase on 23/08/2023

Dear customer service manager,
I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company last wee..week.

On 23/08/2023 I purchased a pair of women’s high waist thermal jeans for $120, color black, size 14. The item number was 223832138204 with free shipping from 3c-base eBay store.
However, the item I received was completely different to my order. It was a pair of men’s jeans instead of women’s jeans, and the color was blue instead of black.
Also, the jeansjeans’ zipper was broken.
Furthermore, because the price of the jeans was expensive ($120), they did not charge the delivery fee. However, when I completed the payment process, I discovered that they had taken the delivery fee from my account to the amount of $15.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you returned the refund to my account or
exchangeexchanged the item according to the specifications I requested and also refundrefunded the $15 delivery fee that has been taken from my account.

I understand that under Australian Consumer Law, when I purchase a product, it comes with warranties and should perform as I intended.
At the end of this email, I have attached pictures of the item I purchased and the item I received along with the payment invoice.
If I do not hear from you within a week, I will report my issue to the ACCC.
