I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company last week.
On 23/08/2023, I purchased a pair of women’s high waist thermal jeans for $120, black color black, size 14, and. The item number iswas 223832138204 (with free shipping as wellshipping) from 3c- base eBay store.
However, the item I received It was completely different fromto my order. It was a pair of men’s jeans instead of women’s jeans, and the colourcolor was blue while I selectedinstead of black colour. Also, the jeans zipper was fracturedbroken.
Furthermore, the jeansbecause the price was $120. Becauseof the price isjeans was expensive ($120), they did not add thecharge a delivery fee. However, when I completed the payment process, I discovered that they had taken the delivery feesfee from my account into the amount of $15.
I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I purchase a product it comes with warranties and willshould perform as I intended.
At the end of thethis email, I will attachhave attached pictures of the item I purchased and the item I received, along with the payment invoice.
I demandwould like you to exchange the item according to the specifications I requested, and to also refund the $15 haddelivery fee that has been taken from my account.
If I do not hear from you within a week range, I will report my issue to the ACCC.
