I am writing to you to discussregarding the following concerns:

1. I sent an email to complain regardingabout the Finance Billed Charge to my credit card last October 13 and 15, 2022, amounting to 2,009.85 + 667.97 + 19.99 AED. I received a response last October 23, 2022, and it wasdid not sayingsay that the charges willwould be waive towaived for my credit card.

2. I paypaid 3,500.00 AED for the credit card last August 2022. The card was activated last September 26, 2022, and I received the card on October 12, 2022. How will it be divided when I paid 3,500.00, ifas I got the card late. Islate? Will the 3,500.00 AED will be chargecharged yearly?

3. I was informed that I will receive a skymilesSkyMiles but, until nowto date, I haven't receivereceived the skymilesSkyMiles for my credit card. I should be given at least 50,000.00 skymilesSkyMiles also because of the problem onwith my credit card.
