I'm writing this email toto inform you that Oneone of my staff Name, Dinesh ID, 49148 was hit thea car by mistake yesterday. At the same time we informed Daler and LP also regarding the insidentincident.

One of the Guest Nameguests called Mr. Rashid was visitvisiting us yesterday on 11th June aroundat around 16:45. So my colleague take thetook his car to the Level 2 in the parking. My colleague was hitbumped the car on the AC duct while he was parking with the AC duckit. WhichThis is mentionedshown in the below picture below.

When Mr. RashidRashid's car request came, I then I informed him regarding the same. He was a little stressed but I communicatcommunicated with him. Then he called the Police and at the same time I involved LP and Daler as a witnesswitnesses. When the Police came, me and Guestthe guest both spoke to the policethem. Then the Police mentioned this toto the Guestguest that if they wanthe wanted to file the case it will be a 600AED charge to the Driverdriver. If they wanthe wanted to fix ithave it fixed in the Garagegarage it will be castat a cost of 150AED. Then the Guestguest was convinced that he will fixwould have his car fixed in the Garagegarage.

Kindly advise us about the action which should be taken and it would be appreciated toif you could do the needfulwhatever is necessary.
