We are still waiting for the above complete service estimate (plate gasket kit), but have received no email explaining the reason for the delay.
This is particularly inconvenient for us at the moment as we have the critical, non-stop operations, in. In case of any failure of equipment, we can't do any maintenance due to lack of spare parts, in the end, it will negatively impact the company, we . We need the service estimate to start next process to get the required spare parts.
