Hi ladies,
I decidedecided to create a guide ofto fitness and nutrition to help you structure your waist lossweight-loss journey. I know so many of you ladies tried it multiple times, - dieting, gym, intermittent fasting, etc. - and it didn’t work out. I am one of you guys,. I did it too and every time, it’s the same thing. I lose 5-10 pounds and gain it back again. I get it!
But one day I decided I wanted a change. I still want to eat everything I like, but I don’t want to feel guilty anymore! You know that gut feeling you get when you know you shouldn’t do it but you do it anyway. I wanted a healthier lifestyle for myself. The goal was to plan healthier meals and enjoy it.
While the world was in a pandemic, I had all the time in the world to do my research.
I found a lot of tips to avoid a lot of calories in dressings, sauces, pastas, snacks, etc.
The fact that you are reading this is because you are interested to know more about it.
When it comes to fitness, I tell you it’s all about having a goal! I just wanted to remain in shape without focusing too much on macros, proteins, fatfats and carbs. I don’t feel like ordinary people think about this before eating every day. We already have so much stress in our life. I didn’t want to add this to the mix. So… I decided to not count anymore, but to just find the best ways to get it done.
So let me stop rambling and let’s start the work!
