DUALISIM

Since the One creator is the perfect, any other creatures will not reach this perfection. This duality appears in many aspects in the system of creation, in the created beings, and in their worlds. There is no doubt that everything associated with the One is complete and good. It is the second that feels inferior and seeks to compete with the first. This leads to the conflict between them and will continue as long as the two are exist.
Dualism became the trait of the religion that is called a Gnostic religionsreligion. The Mandaeans believe that their religion wascame before the term Gnostic. Because dualism appears very clear in the faith, the scholars classified it as one of the Gnostic religions.
Dualism in Mandaism began in the upper world and from there to the universe, even within the human being himself through the conflict between the Soul and the Spirit. It is not only in their faith but rather in their rituals as well. All thisof these dualisms appear in many Mandaean texts in many of their books.
