This is Isma Saleem. I belong towas born in Lahore, but I settled in Peshawar, Pakistan. My mother is a single parent and she is currently serving at the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar as the Director of Media and Publications since 2006. I am a motivated graduate with a degree of Bachelor'sBachelor of ScienceScience degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar. I have served at different scientific companies ofin Pakistan. Tetra Pak is one of the largest food packaging and processing company ofcompanies in Pakistan and I was lucky enough to serve at Tetra Pak as a Project Engineer intern in 2016 for almost 4 weeks. My responsibilities were comprised of data management, team handling, followupfollow-up on project timelines, etc. I have also interned at Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) in Peshawar as an Electrical Engineering intern for 3 months. Jazz is one of the biggest mobile operators in Pakistan that provides the biggestwidest range of prepaid and postpaid telecommunication services. During my internship, I was able to have hands-on experience within real-world projects related to Jazz. Throughout the path of my professional career (small jobs/internships), I have been actively involved in different project management roles. I have also worked for one of the prestigious private engineering company ofcompanies in Pakistan known as Digital Plus located in Lahore and I was the only female who passedto pass the very competitive entry test for the one-month internship programme inwith Digital Plus. My responsibilities as an intern at Digital Plus wereincluded creating business plans and their execution, bringing business ideas, follow-up on project deadlines of projects, making proposals, preparing RFQ(RequestRFQs (Requests for Quotation)Quotations) for existing customers and preparation of tender documents.
