Devid Wang is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Computer Science at NYU. He received a Master of Science degree from NYU. Since 2008, he was a software engineer developing various applications ranging from business-related applications, research artifacts, and video games. He was also was a technical reviewer on several video game development books, as well as a technical consultant. Before he was injoining the Ph.D. program at NYU, he worked as a faculty member atin the computer science department at the University of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, China. He believes that the ambient technology and AI will disrupt human civilization at all levels: individual, social, and cultural levels. It is our responsibility to aware of how technology could compactimpact humanity overall.
