I would like to make a complaint about a faulty cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 edge) that I purchased atfrom your website on August 15th, 2016. The problem appeared when a year after the purchase of the equipment .
The issue was caused by the fall ofdropping the device . The phone has a cracked screen and I have not managed to launchstart the device, and I have contacted the customer support, to no avail.
I demand that you repair the damaged screen
at the expense of the manufacturer.
