I, CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides, spoke with Madylen Segundo today. Ms. Segundo stated that she has known Ms. Miller for about a year and 3 months now. She stated that she last saw the family yesterday and, that the children appeared happy and healthy, and they were attending a birthday party. Ms. Segundo stated that they have enough food to eat in the home and that she has never noticed any marks or bruises on the children. She stated that she believes the mother of Corbin does drink, but is not sure because she does not know her very well. However, she says she does not believe drugs are being used in the home. If she suspected abuse or neglect she would contact CPS or law enforcement.
