We have been dealing with Setia Haruman so called, dba Allo now, since 2018 as you know as well. This is our practice since 2018 , whenWhen we have a requirement from a customer, we will get the quotation from Allo and we will quotethen relay it to the customer. Once the customer agrees with the price ,we willwe proceed with the necessary arrangementarrangements with Allo. All the invoices that were issued by Setia Haruman (Allo ) wewere paid , even as per your claim we paid 6 months once. Since Allo changed the policy and requested us to pay on a monthly basis, we will adhere to this request.

My Finance department requested a 6 months installment forAfter negotiating the amount of the OTC arrears, amount which we received the invoice this year after several negotiationsmy finance department requested a 6-month installment plan. We have our own reason, as we clearly mentioned in the previous email.
Let us settle this issue and move on. ,startingStarting from April 2022, we will pay accordingly as per schedule. HopeI hope you accept our proposal for the payment and thank you for your kind consideration.
