Good morning to you. Ms. Kari Moore said you will be conducting the last batch of interviews and possibly come to a decision by the end of this week.

I am very respectful and mindful of your busy schedules. Just wanted to remind you that I had a really good quality interview, and I am still very much interested in working with you at ACC. As a VSL, one can bulldoze through processes to show results, which I am perfectly capable of. ButHowever, at the same time, as you know, certain refinery and structure to the approach, command over understanding the production numbers and respect to the proven and established paths, motivating the employees and keeping them engaged with the process, customer needcustomer-need awareness surrounding our many recovery plans, which will create a longer standinglonger-standing positive results. My VSM Matt speaks a lot about having honest Mechanic to mechanicmechanic-to-mechanic conversations to improve each other's work, quality, and safety. I bring in that unmatched relatability and well groundedwell-grounded factor to the table when working with operators.

You guys are the gatekeepers of the prime real estate within our operations. Let me in, too, and I will strive hard to produce long termlong-term positive results. We are in the middle of the most challenging yet fascinatingchallenging-yet-fascinating times of business aviation. As we progress ourselves from a good company to a great company, I am eager to be part of the progress and contribute to the cause.
