I am totally agreed with you. Health is extremely important for students of this age, for them to continue a healthy lifestyle as it will give a lot of benefits also for us. SuchA lifestyle such as eating nutritious meals as well asand getting plenty of exercise and adequate sleep every day. These positive health habits will help us grow strong, stay healthy, and decrease the likelihood that willwe will become obese.

I would like to recommend theto the organizers to hold a cycling sportevent. This is because, cycling can improve strength, balance and coordination. It may also help us to prevent falls and fractures. Other than that, we can do some aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise will reduce the risk of many conditions, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke and certain types of cancer. Weight-bearing aerobic exercises, such as walking, help to decrease the risk of osteoporosis.
