An email was sent to you on August 10, 2021, stating that the system must be delivered on Sunday, August 15, 2021, with the improvement of errors in the system in terms of salaries, job titles, leave balances (official - temporary employees), job numbers and others.
But today, we received an email from you stating that the system has expired and delivered, and that all data has been updated, but there is no actual update on the system in terms of what was mentioned above.
As we mentioned earlier, we are not ready for any further losses due to the system being delayed and not activating it directly.
Since the system has not yet been fully delivered and the data has been sent to you, unfortunately, we are obliged to cancel the contract with you, as stipulated in the contract concluded with you with the terms and conditions, which was on June 22, 2021, while fully retaining the rights of the second party to recover the full amount paid for the work of the system during the period stipulated in the contract.
