Types of marijuana:
1. Cannabis sativa : is an annual herbaceous spermatophyte indigenous to Eastern Asia but now of cosmopolitan distribution because of widespread cultivation. it'sIt's been cultivated throughout recorded history, used as a source of commercial fiber, seed oil, food, recreation, religious and spiritual moods and medicine. Each a part of the plant is harvested differently, counting on the aim of its use. The species was first classified by Carl Linnaeus in 1753. The word "sativa" means things that are cultivated.
2. Cannabis indica: is an annual plant within the family Cannabaceae. it'sIt's a putative species of the dicot genus. Whether it and marijuana are truly separate species may be a matter of debate. The Indian hemp plant is cultivated for several purposes; as an example, the plant fibers may be converted into cloth. Cannabis indica produces large amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
