We, SHAHIN AL JABAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT, are not using any kind of services from etisalatEtisalat.
Few timesA while ago, one ofan Etisalat Agent from a third channel partner (MOTIVACTION L.L.C) offered us to get some devices on company. So, we startstarted the process with him but atin the end we didn't get anything from any courier except offor a huge amount of billbill amounting to 17384.26 AED. This agent told us that they willwould activate 100 aed plans for 100 AED, instead without permission he activate 900 aed planactivated plans for 900 AED for each simSIM. Suddenly, we noticed a mailan email notifying us of this amount and visited the Etisalat business center, - that Sois when they let us know regardingabout the plans. The agent misleadmisled us & our company needs a strongto take action onagainst him. weWe are not able to pay for what we didn't even use.

They did a big Fraud withdefrauded our company, and since that timethen we are takinghave been trying to follow up but most of timethe times they don't pick callour calls.
So, we want to file a complaint against this agent along with his colleagues
