Elizabeth,
Below is a snapshot from my Feb billing sheet.
When I’m done with billing, I add two formulas to the bottom of my billing sheet. The formulas count the number of (“Y’s”/ “Yes’s”) which are the compliant areas. The second formula divides the quotient by my total # of Veterans (230), calculating the percentage of compliance for that deliverable.
This provides Dell with valuable data on which areas need attention.
In January, I expanded this to include all the Veterans on the billing sheet. This allows me to compare my areas with the rest of the contract. (Dell likes to see how his regions stack up against the rest of the contract.).
I don’t add it to the techTech report itself. The information is just for Dell’s purposesDell. Once it’s pasted into the Tech report as a new worksheet, it becomes part of the Tech report workbookReport Workbook. I left the formulas on the billing worksheet, so I went back and cleared them.
That “change” was “recorded” as a change to the Tech Report Workbook; however, it’s not a change.
