Some people may argue that the student with talent in the theater will already make the role in the next play. I argue that perseverance is more valuable than natural talent. The student who is working his hardest to get the role next fall will achieve his goal.
I believe that hard workers will have a more successful life than naturally talented people. My reasoning behind this beingis working harder than someone might not always show quick results, but you will eventually pass that person and be better than them at that thing.
Another point is just having perseverance will make you feel a lot better about yourself in the long run. Getting up every day and working to reach a goal will always be better than sitting back and relying on your gifted talent because you will constantly feel like you are accomplishing something with each day, and you will feel better both physically and mentally than someone who is just relying on their natural talent for something.
Perseverance will show people who’s a better choice for what they need. What I mean by this is that you will show coaches and employers that even though you might not be as good at something as someone else is, your determination will make you a better choice for them.

It will also make you feel genuinely better about yourself than if you just sat back and were lazy about it. Perseverance will also show people who’s a better choice for what they need. The student who is working hard for his role next fall will get it if the organizers have any real idea of what hard work really looks like, and I think it's a great choice.
