Kindly note that currently there are 39 open POs which the servicewhose services and goods arehave not been received yet (GR is not done), which is affecting our performance onrelated to effectively using our allocated A&P & TS budgets. To get a clear picture onof the status of the POs, we need your inputs to check when the goods/services are going to be received; or, if the goods/services arehave been received, then GR needs to be done. So, kindly note the below.

1. F20 POs (20 POs that valuesvalued at GBP 148K) – These POs were previously have been communicated, and due dates (latest by August 2020) were given to clear each PO, but this arethey have not yet been cleared till now. So kindlyKindly check your name onin the ‘Open POs F20’ file and refer to columncolumns ‘BR’ and ‘BT’ to update the current expected period to clear the PO, and please write a clear reason why the item/service ishas not been received yet.
2. F21 POs (19 POs that valuesvalued at GBP 275K) - These POs arehave been raised on F21 and waiting your confirmation to perform a GR. So kindlyKindly check your name onin the ‘Open POs F21’ file and refer to columncolumns ‘O’ and ‘R’ to update the current expected period to clear the PO, and please write a clear reason why the item/service ishas not been received yet.

@Kebede, Mariamawit meanwhileMeanwhile, as discussed, if there are any items that you already got the confirmationsconfirmed, kindly do the GR and do let us know the amount that was GRd to reduce our accruals. If not, we will continue accruing the total amount.
