Hours: We had agreed on a 40 hr a week as default, with potential OT in the future as needed.
Expectations: 1. To continue and more so take over the previzPreviz set process and manage artists during the launches, revisions, and approvals. To work with Nate/Zac/Mark/Chris: lead rounds, reviews, ask for clarification, etc. 2. Help set the design language, to take the first pass, and assess different depts needs (surf, fx) for each set. Tony will be in consultant mode for that. 3. Perform quality control, responsibilities include but not limited to technical UV check, naming check, etc. 4. Attend envirEnvir related meetings and be the point person/voice for the dept. (Tony/Shuo to follow up with the mtg list.) 5. Help build team morale and keep a positive work ethic in leading the team to deliver the dept.
