The operators were placed in the difficult situationposition of having to notify their clients of the new rates, which waswere intended to be imposed next year, especially after pandemicthe Covid-19; pandemic.
• However, Tan Sri was firmed with regarding the decision to increase the price of the new rates for Taaras Resort & Spa commencing April 2021. Albeit the new rates, Berjaya Group is willing to consider the previous rates on any confirmed and packages sold.
