It has been brought to my attention that MTE has had several lawsuits filed against them by women and minorities arealleging that they are not getgetting hired as often as other individuals. The EEOC states that it is unlawful for federal agencies to discriminate against employees and job applicants based on race, color, religion, sexgender, national origin, disability, or age. The company is not showing that they aredo not diversevalue diversity and are not willing to expand boundexpand the number of women and minorities they have now. When doing so, you’re showing potential employees that they may not be accepted into this work environment, therefore making them not wantingwant to apply, or when getting the. When women or minorities do get a job employees wouldwith MTE, they will feel as if they’re at the bottom. Oror not valued which would not make, potentially making them not want to work as hard, and have low productivity.

Clients like to work with people that show that theythey are an equal opportunist companyopportunity companies and thatare equally represented. Knowing that people are properly represented makes people feel more comfortable, alsoand will also bring in more business.
