The study aimed to reveal the level of cultural intelligence and psychological well-being among foreign students at the University of Jordan, and to identify the differences in the levels of both cultural intelligence, and psychological well-being according to variables gender (male, female), and nationality (Arab, foreign). And, discover the relationship between cultural intelligence and psychological well-being.
The sample of the study consisted of (412) students; (191 males, 221 females) and (205 Arabs, 207 foreigners) registered in the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020 at the University of Jordan, and they were selected by the stratified random sampling, and to. To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher developed two scales, Cultural intelligence and psychological well-being, verified for validity and reliability, then applied it to the study sample.
The results of this study showsshow that the level of cultural intelligence among foreign students at the university was "high," and that the level of psychological well-being was "moderate"," and the results indicated a positive relationship between cultural intelligence and psychological well-being, and the resultsthey also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) due to gender and nationality in the level of intelligence Culturalcultural, and the results reveal statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) due to gender and nationality in the level of psychological well-being.
