Please note that at tenderingthe tendering stage, you have submitted the attached technical quotation. After one year, you want to revise the technical quote, because you have realized aboutthe scope of work. Please note that the scope of work was attached in ERP for all bidders. If you were unable to view the SOW, you should askhave asked us. ItsThis is a fault from your side, thatbecause you didn’t ask for the SOW at the initial stage and submitsubmitted the quote anyway. After one year, you are claimingnow requesting to make changes in technicalthe technical specification as per the SOW.

Then, you took more than six months to provide a sample, and you have asked QF to pay for the additional cost for samples. (from beginning, youof the sample (you didn’t mention aboutany additional costcosts in your emails or in the quote) at the beginning).
Anyhow, due to covidthe Covid-19 situation, our end-user waived the requirement of the sample.

WEWe have asked for your confirmation that the supplier will be responsible for any damages ofto the material after delivery. You, and you have deniedrefused to take responsibility.

We have asked you to stick to the attached technical proposal (only for supply, excluding installation). But, over the phone, you havegave a different justification; and in emails, you are providing us with a compliance sheet, which is not self-explanatory.

We are disappointed fromwith you, as it shows that you’re not trustworthy and responsible. This is the last mail we send for your confirmation to proceed with the attached technical proposal, ORor else we will cancel this tender and escalate tothis whole situation to your management about this.
