Whether it’s the U.K., France or Germany, Lidl has been aan exceptional supermarket which delivers incomparable quality food at reasonable prices, living up to its titles in the Quality Food Awards, Christmas Retailer of the Year and many more, and being loved by millions.
Being a Lidl shopper myself, I found the role through a careers fair. and afterAfter my research, I knew that I not only wanted to be a part of the outstanding Lidl team, but I wanted to share my knowledge, experience and new ideas with Lidl, to contribute to their ongoing success and elevate them. This is why I have applied confidently to the Marketing Graduate Scheme confidently. I believe an ambitious experienced graduate like myself, who has a strong desire to learn, grow, share and develop with the challenges I may face, would perfectly suit this demanding and dynamic marketing role at Lidl.
Throughout my previous marketing roles, I have gained invaluable experience which will contribute to my experience at Lidl as my previous roles have showcased the key competencies which are needed for the Marketing Graduate role.
One example was whilst I worked at Protein World. The situation entailed a dilemma due to our failing brand strategy which caused a loss of brand awareness and sales. I realised this very early on and communicated thisit to my team and manager highlighting my findings and analysis of the strategy and how we could changeprevent this unfortunate event from snowballing. I was tasked to present my main ideas for changing the brand strategy in 2 weeks,; a very tight deadline.
