I am writing to complain about my recent situation concerning parking. My car was parked under my new flat in a place where there was no ban. As it turned out later, when I returned, I had a parking fine for parking in an unacceptable place.

Although there was a no-parkingNo Parking sign, the trees between covered it so that it was not visible at all. I tried to explain this to the police, but I found out that it was the responsibility of the local authorities. The trees should be trimmed regularly so that their branches do not obstruct anything or the sign should be moved. Judging by their appearance, this has not been done for a long time.

In conclusion, I am asking that you carry out the work of greenery maintenance or moving the sign to a more visible location. I am also demanding a refund for the costs incurred by me.
