I think online therapy is not trying to replace traditional therapy, but it is a better fit for people. Online therapy is so convenient. I think that it is the most helpful. For example, online therapy can be as easy as sending a text or audio. You don’t need to change your schedule. It’s good for people with social anxiety. For instance, my cousin has social anxiety. He feels so nervous if he meets someone in-personin person or seeing them face-to-faceface to face for the first time. He finds a comfortable way by using texting therapy online. He can avoid looking them in the eye as he digs into sensitive issues. Although online therapy is imperfect, it doesn’t mean isit's better or worse than traditional therapy. I think that depends on perception. I think online therapy is a nice start ato therapy. Online therapy is a good way for clients to save money compared to traditional therapy. Also, online therapy is supplementing income in a convenient way for therapists. I consider using an online therapy if I have psychology issues because isit is convenient. I can start therapy right away. It, it doesn’t require health insurance., and I can chat with a therapist only hours after signing up.
