DISCUSSION
The meeting commenced at 10:07 am in the meeting room of UFDUM. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the following Agenda:
• Expectation of Visitorsvisitors from Mercy CropsCorps
• Coordination/Team work among staff
• Respect/ working relationshiprelationships among staff
• Plan• Planning ahead of time
• Mindful• Mindfulness of speaking in the office
• Preparing of pay slipslips for staff

The Executive Director welcomewelcomed the staff to the meeting, he informed the staff about the arrival of visitors from Mercy Corps at 2:00 Pmpm for the assessment of the office environment and he further discussed that all staff should be aware of their coming. arrival.

The CD insisted that there should be a good coordination/team work among staff for the achievingto achieve the objectiveobjectives of the organization and he made emphasizesemphasized that if we are coordinated it will help us run the office smoothly and effectively together. And heHe also said that all staff should take his/herthe individual responsibilities assigned to them seriously .
