In our meeting on Feb 25th, Youyou mentioned that you had a discussion with Mr. Palmor and will put me in for promotion this April. One remaining thing for the process was the recommendation letters. You asked me to remind you every week so you canwould send out a requestrequests for recommendationrecommendations. I have been sending you the reminder for the last 4 weeks. There are very few days left inuntil April and the request hasrequests have not gone throughout yet. I believe it will take some time for people to write recommendation letters as well.
