Being vegetarian or vegan nowadays is really common betweenamongst both teenagers and adult, and I would like to deepen some aspects of this way of being.

Most of the vegetarians eat in the wrong way without taking care
aboutof themselves, and they don’t give to their bodies what they need. For example proteins are very important for us, and we find them in meat, so if you don’t want to ruin your metabolism you have to take the amount of proteins every omnivore does.
You can get proteins from plant foods, such as green peas, Tofu and most varieties of beans. Vegetarians and vegans decided to not eat meat for many reasons, maybe they are
animalsanimal lovers, but vegans don’t even eat animal derivatives like cheese, milk or eggs. These are the ones who have to pay much attention to keepkeeping their bodies healthy.

If the parents are vegans or vegetarians it doesn’t mean their children have to
be. At first the parents also weren’t vegetarians but became that way after their childhood I suppose. GrowingBringing up children without giving them all the proteins they need and without giving them milk, which is a must during childhood, it’sis like ruining them physically and mentally, they will never feel aslike normal children because of their eating disorders.

I think everyone is free to be whatever they want to be if this doesn’t damage
themselvesthem.
Children must eat everything during their childhood because it’s important for their growing process.
