Objectives
The specific objective of the consultancy is as follows:
- To undertake a comprehensive review and evaluation of all penny appeal existing job positions, job grading, and salary structure by taking into account the basic concept of equal pay for equal value of work, while at the same time at par with the acceptable industry standard.
- To embark on an alignment exercise and adjust the existing grading structure and pay scales in order to respond to the realities and practicality of penny appeal vis-à-vis the benchmarking study with other organizations.
- Collect and analyze the salary structures and associated benefits (including typical allowances and benefits package, both monetary and non-monetary) of the selected comparators organizations for all existing Job descriptions.

To recommend the revised staff benefits such as health care, travelling allowance, education allowance, per diem and housing allowance.
- Ensure internal equity and ensuring external competitiveness of the PA staff remuneration.
