This is a two-step process: first, the housing company needs to receive the Israel Land Authority’s approval, and afterthen it needs to submit it to the Registration Authority for registration.
I was under the impression that the documents washad been submitted to the Registration Authority, but apparently it wasn’tthat wasn't the situationcase.
Anyway, I have consulted with our real estate department and you can move forward and sell the apartment based on the current registration status (with a proper disclosure in the contract).
weWe are doing our best to expedite the registration, but the final approval is out of our hands.
