As it has beenwas said in our last Communication session, our Internal Communication is a key aspect of our transformation journey. Hence, I would like to begin with a single step.
How possible would be to create an Internal Communication email account for AMTP?
In my opinion, it would be more effective to send all ourof our communications from one single account and also get some straightsstraight benefits like the onesthose listed below:
1) Target our audience: Ensure that our key stakeholders receive the complete and same level of information. We can create specific distribution lists for different purposes.
2) Educate our target audience: Since the constant bombardment of our inboxes from all directions makes it difficult to discern what's most important and relevant to us, it would be helpful for our audience to identify all the AMTP communication from one single source.
3) Closer approach: Improve communication flow within our business unit, thatwhich will help us to reduce the layers within AMTP (especially in crucial moments like nowadays).
If we go ahead with this idea, there are some steps to review further, like creating a Communication Process flow in order to guarantee that key decision makers are aligned with and validate our communication.
