I am writing this email to bring my concern into your kind notice. I am a regular shopper of your shopping mall and; my family usually visit atvisits your mall every weekendon the weekends.
Everything was going as usual since whenfine until we started facing parking issues at your mall. I am sorry to say but the staff in the parking lot is quite offensive, they don't even listen to any requestrequests, and behave like the mafia working there. Due to theretheir irresponsibility, accidents are occuring more frequently in the parking area. In fact, I personally faced this situation several times, so nowadays me and my family is parking carwe park in the next building's parking lot and use to come by foot to the mall which sometimes become more. This is inconvenient and can be challenging due to frequently changing weather.
No offense, but I really want you to check onceon the behaviour of the parking lot's staff so that you can find the actual chaoscause of the problem. SimultaniouslySimultaneously, you can also provide them trainingtraining on to how to calibrateinteract with customers so that they won't face any disruption in the future. However it willIt would also help to generate humanity among the staff themselvesand create a better work environment.
