In my opinion, people skills can be learned within a moderate time frame. whenWhen individuals continue to involve oneselfthemselves with society and theirits surrounding components, the more skills they tend to develop inover time. In other words, a big factor in achieving people skills is developing comfortbecoming comfortable with people. Identically, becoming comfortable with people involves being open, agile, accessible and havingmaintaining a wide outlook on everything. Additionally, people skills are important because, if we can’t deal or cope with people, especially withinin regard to business matters, then we’ll have a difficult time serving in any other related field. In spite of this, most fields involvinginvolve some kind of personable contact or involvement, while other fields don’t require much human interaction at all. Uniquely, developing people skills is an overall advantage against anyone who doesn’t contain that skillpossess those skills. Not to mention, many organizations require this asset from their employees. In reality, people skills can be learned anywhere, even from family and friends. On the other hand, technical andskills accompanied by people skills are also key in the workplace, and every manager needs to havepossess people skills because it maximizestheses skills maximize effectiveness. Secondly, it helpsthese skills help to develop trusting relationships, which help to increase productivity. In general, wise managers know that they need stronger people skills, rather thanin addition to technical skills, because effective leadership goes a long way. Overall, people skills, leadership skills and technical skills can be taught.
