My name is XXX. Since I was young, I have always like toliked exploring a new challengechallenges and trytrying new adventureadventures. After I graduate mygraduated college, I decided to move to the United States and go to graduate school. After graduategraduating from my graduate school, I started my career in Hotelthe hotel industry as a sales operation specialist, and I moved to Cosmeticthe cosmetic industry asin the same role. It is not easy to find a job, alsoand then work, as a foreigner who speakspeaks English as a second language, but I am a fast learner and a passionate person, so I adapt to different culturecultures and permeateadapt to the society naturally. After I started to work in the cosmetic industry as a sales manager, I madegenerated the top revenue in the regional office within 1one year, and while I workworked there I keep the recordskept that record.
After a few years, I started to work in Semiconductorthe semiconductor industry as a sales operationoperator and planning manager. SemiconductorThe semiconductor industry is totally different to thanthe other industryindustries I havehad worked in before. The market is very sensitive and changes very fast. Also, I have to get manya lot of information from the market to read market changes and predictspredictions. As I am a sales operation and planning manager, I have to mediate between our support plan and customer’sour customers' demand plan. Also, I have to make the best decision for my company andas well as my customercustomers. Sometimes, I have to make mya customer to increase their demand forecast, or I have to make mya customer to reduce their demand forecast, based on our plant capacity or based on our sales plan.
Therefore, I am motivated to take Negotiationa negotiation mastery course, because I want to make the best decisiondecisions for my customercustomers and my company.
