I am writing this letteremail to explain aboutthe problem inwith a camera.
I have purchased last.
Last week, I purchased a camera at one of your famous shopshops at Anna Nagar branch.
Firstly, the device hasdid not workingwork properly and the pixel level iswas very low. The image quality iswas very poor. Secondly, I could not focus large distanceon a long-distance image because thatan inside part haswas damaged. I went to met assistancemet with the assistant manager. He hadand he informed me with in a weekthat he will repair and make it perfect within a week, but I am satisfied about thatunsatisfied with the product.
Please replace the camera entirely, as soon as possible, because as I have quranteea guarantee card . Please do me this favour of me.
