The study aimed to identify the relationship between human resourcesresource management practices and Knowledge Management Processes, applied on Commercial Banks in the Republic of Yemen. The study tested one main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses. The study used the descriptive analytical method, in addition to the field study, and applied a study on a sample of (305) of banks’ Employees305 bank employees. The study found a positive significant relationship between some human resource management practices and knowledge management processes,. In addition, the study found that the job design variable achieved the highest level of ability to explain the variance in knowledge management processes. Based on these results was presented a set of recommendations. The most important recommendations waswere the need to pay more attention to human resources management practices for you to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge management processes, and develop human resources management activities and make them based on knowledge and enhance the cognitive and intellectual capabilities of banks. As well asAlso, to suggest some future studies relevant to the subject of the study.
