I was alwasyalways the cricket team captain in school, and college, and even in university, and it actually it really helped me developingto develop my leader ship skills and team work, and itskills. It goes without saying that how importunate is decisonimportant it was for decision making ( a trait of acquired leader ship skills) in a surgeonssurgeon's life. , as saidAs noted by our Seniorsenior registrar, " the three main learning fields of surgery are: 1) When to cut, 2) How to cut, and the most difficult one, 3) When not to cut."
