Furthermore, I will have to point out the pros and cons of each employee, so they can improve themselves. To be successful, I will have to act as a role model, so my employees can run the business in the future.

Lastly, to start a successful IT business, I will need to be decisive, as CEOs make many significant decisions that can decide the fate of their company. I will need to decide on things like budget cuts, firing and hiring employees, and putting forth ideas. Ultimately, decisiveness is a quality that will decide the business's success.
