I humbly reply to the query dated 16th April 2018 for not performingneglecting to perform my duties by not collecting the Senior Staff attendance and mark downmarking it with a yellow highlighter at 7:55 am from the security post.
I was rushing in to set up the boardroom for the audit, when the Managing Director asked for the Senior Staff attendance, and that wasat 8:05 am.
To prevent re-occurrencethe recurrence of such an anomaly, I will act as per the instruction of the Managing Director to collect the attendance from the security post when is exaltat 7:55, markmarking it with a yellow highlighter, and sendsending it via WhatsApp social messager to the Managing directDirector.
