I just wanted to say thank you to both of you for speaking with me this week. I just wanted my reasoning to be clear on why I gave notice. The work load was not one of the reasons, I actually don't mind working 45-50 pluss45-50-plus hours a week. ItsIt's the flexibility/structure that would allow me to spend time with my family in that short window. If you have something with that flexibility I would love to stay with the company and be a champion for you. Again thank you both for reaching out and speaking with me.
