I hope that you have rested well. I wanted to follow up on our conversation yesterday. I checked with HR today, and COBRA will run 1020$1,020.00 per month, and can be done for up to 18 months.

The other two options that I have been thinking about would beare as follows:

Become an employee of Eddie's company for 60k and serve you as a consultant thoughthrough my LLC (OakHull Investments) for 60k, as well as the foundation for the remaining 24k.

The second option is that I would serve both you and Eddie and the foundation though my LLC, and I would either get COBRA or my own private insurance.

I know you have a very busy day, but I wanted to get your advice to make sure we have agreed to the best plan before I submit my resignation.
