Mrs. Scudder was asleep upon my arrival. She woke up 3 times during the night to use the restroom at 9:40pm, 2.:18am, and 5:45am.
I noticed that she did not put her blanket back on, so I went in and asked her if I could help her cover up. sheShe said, yes"Yes, please". I let her know that I’d be right outside if she needed anything. And she said, that’s"That’s very nice, thank you".
