I contacted attorney Marcus Rosin, who prepared the vesting deed and security deed,. Mr. Rosin advised that, in Forsyth County, a 2nd section does not exist. I placeplaced a call to the Forsyth County Mapping/GIS dept 770-781-2106.(770-781-2106) and I spoke with Hilary DeDelgado and she, who confirmed, by phone and email Attorney, attorney Marcus RosinRosin's statement that there is no section 2 in Forsyth County.
Please advise what can be done to resolve the title issue itissue? It appears that the vesting deed and the security deed legal description isdescriptions are correct, andwhile the instruments filed previously are incorrect.
