Please cc me on any projects you are planning to get approved by Bill Stonstreet. I will need to get all projects approved by the Commissioners prior to the date.

Bill and I work closely together on all projects at HH. I will need to know date and times to make sure it's not conflicting with anything we have scheduled at Howard Haven.
