Sir,

I am deeply regretful that the mathematics department did not emergedemerge with flying colours regarding GPA. I have tried my level best to increase cooperation between otherthe faculty members of the department. It brings me to great disappointment by statingto state that my subordinates do not cooperate in the way theythat they should. I have personally advised them several times about teaching methodologies and improvement in their teaching styles, but it was of no use.

Sir, in spite of the facts mentioned above, I will continue to try my best to improve coordination between faculty members for the betterment of the college and the students.
